Role Purpose:

To co-ordinate and support the Senior Management Team with all Training and Development related activities on site.  To ensure the implementation of Group Policies in relation to Training and Development at Site.  

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with all relevant parties to design and implement a best in class site induction programme.
  • Co-ordinate all legal and compliance related training onsite.
  • Work with BU Managers to devise a skilled based training programme.
  • Development of a Front Line Manager Training programme.
  • Be the onsite point of contact for the Craft Apprenticeship and Graduate Management Programme.
  • Support and track the performance management system on site.
  • Maintain a site based training and development plan.
  • Development of T&D Reporting Metrics for the Site.

 

Role Requirements

  • A candidate that can live by the Kepak Values of: Responsibility, Ambition, Passion for Food and Teamwork.
  • Previous Experience in either a Learning and Development/ Training Role.
  • A qualification in Learning/ Training would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Prior experience of change management or the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation.
