We are currently looking to add a DNA Tester to our friendly and passionate team.

Purpose of the role 

To DNA test animal carcasses for select customer traceability and product integrity

Reporting to the Abattoir Manager 

Qualifications/Training 

Level 2 Food Safety

Level 2 Health and Safety

Factory Experience desirable

Experience in the food industry

Good communication

Good Trunk Strength

Attention to Detail.

Scanning Experience desirable

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 0700 start 

45 hours per week 

Overtime available 

28 days annual leave rising to 31 after a successful probation period
