Kepak Foodservice is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our talented marketing team. Your New Role:  What will you do?

  1. Digital Campaign Management
    Work with the wider marketing team to integrate and amplify all brand campaigns through our online channels including website, email, social media and PPC.

  2. Website Management and Optimisation
    Management of our website on a day-to-day basis to ensure brand consistency and optimisation for search traffic (SEO). Designing and building campaign pages, updating content – both visual and copywriting. Overall technical management of the website to ensure robust performance.

 

  1. Creative Writing and Visual Content Design

Wordsmith persuasive copy and design high-impact visual content to be used across a variety of channels (website, email, social media).

  1. Email Marketing
    Design and build high-impact email campaigns, manage and grow email database, continuously improve user experience and enhance email marketing automation programmes.

  2. Social Media Marketing
    Manage all social media channels for Kepak foodservice. Plan and implement social media campaigns, create and curate high-impact content, set up and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter. Build reach and engagement with key target audiences.  

  3. Reporting & Analytics
    Provide website, email and social media KPI reports on ongoing basis, translating data into actionable insights.

Your Experience & Expertise
You will excel in this role if you have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role and/or training/diploma in digital marketing
  • Previous experience in website management is a must. Some knowledge of HTML /CSS is required, WordPress CMS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good copy-writing skill is essential
  • Design flair and image editing skills required (Photoshop).
  • Analytical Thinking: The successful candidates must possess excellent reporting and analytical skills to ensure achievement of KPIs. Experience with Google Analytics is required, some knowledge of Google Tag Manager would be a plus. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Savvy social media user with strong customer-centric communication skills. Excellent understanding of social media insights and reports as well as experience with Facebook /LinkedIn & Twitter ad platforms is required.
