To work as part of the site technical team and to provide administrative support to the QA/Technical office.

Generating Hilton Rejection Report

Generating Complaints File Rejection Report

ALS out of Spec e-mail

Logging complaints

E-mailing Alarm Checks

Bristol Uni  sampling

Logging ALS Samples

Updating and distributing Shelf Life Results

Logging missing samples onto ALS (After 4.30pm)

Closing complaints and sending replies to customers

Rejection Charges

Updating and Distributing Micro Trends

Generation of controlled document changes

Retail Price File

Actioning pest control reports

Actioning Glass and Perspex audits

Administration duties:

Downloading and distributing micro results as requested

Checking and filing e-mails

Checking back dated complaint response

General typing and report writing

Supporting the QA/Technical Management in all other administrative duties as required including the maintenance of Quality systems, Manuals and documentation

General daily filling of paperwork

Team administration
