We are currently looking to add a Tripery operative to our friendly and passionate team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 

45 hours per week with overtime available

Purpose of the role 

To clean and cook tripe products and offal by products.

Training/Experience/Qualifications

Level 2 Food Safety

Level 2 Health and Safety

Factory Experience desirable

All training provided if successful 

Main Responsibilities 

To ensure products are cooked and cleaned to customer specification

Chilling product

Ensure traceability of all products

Use of chemicals

Always adhere to health and safety policies and procedures 

Using machinery to wash products and ensuring the correct product is on the correct wash cycle

Responsible for wearing correct PPE (personal protective equipment)

Report any issues back to Slaughter Hall Manager 

Start-up checks

Shift reporting
