Role Purpose: 
Carry out administrative and clerical duties in support of the business’ needs and functions, as required.  

Reports to: Managing Director/Sales Manager


Direct Reports: None 

Key Responsibilities: 
Set up and manage systems effectively and efficiently

Progress assignments within defined timelines

Perform administrative and financial reporting tasks as required

Creating Invoicing/Debit/Credit Notes admin

Creating route planning reports

Reconciliation of monthly sales reports

Liaise with external service providers

Export paperwork and document preparation

Draft and send correspondence

Manage customer service requests

Research key information

Prepare for meetings

General office duties


Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Ability to work to deadlines and deliver under pressure

Experience in office administration a must

Experience in meat production, manufacturing or production 
environment a plus

Excellent computer-literacy skills, including excel Microsoft Dyamnics/AX

Shopify E-Commerce platform

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and planning capabilities
